Sales Manager opportunity in the Nordrhein-Westfalen area!

1. The position:
For our client, Micro Turbine Technology BV (MTT), based in Eindhoven NL, we seek a Sales Manager for Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the revenue in Germany, starting in the Nordrhein-Westfalen area.
Micro Turbine Technology BV is the developer of EnerTwin. The EnerTwin is a small-scale heat and power plant combined in one sustainable device. The system's core is a patented micro turbine that drives a generator which produces heat and electricity. The EnerTwin has a Unique Value Proposition and is considered a "cleantech" product. The strategic focus is on the sector of renovation of older and historic buildings.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for further developing the German market.
You will not start from scratch: EnerTwin's brand awareness is growing in Germany, and existing customers are enthusiastic about the product!
Your preferred location will be the area of Nordrhein - Westfalen.
2. Your responsibilities are:
Our customers are found in the industry of technical installation businesses for homes and businesses (SMB). The EnerTwin is distributed through them.
Mapping the market, developing an account plan and executing the plan.
Selling and advising the use of the EnerTwin to installation businesses.
Identifying and approaching the right businesses with the potential to market the EnerTwin.
Applying essential marketing solutions to promote brand awareness end attract leads.
Ensure that EnerTwin acquires a prominent position in the marketplace.
You report directly to the CCO.
3. What do you bring with you?
An entrepreneurial mindset would help, especially for future growth.
Strong sales skills and aptitude.
The ability to be a successful business partner and develop the German market by working closely with resellers.
Experience in selling specialised climate control products is a plus.
You are familiar with using a sales process and have strategic insight.
Affinity with technical product sales.
Full professional proficiency in the German language.
